We currently ship within the European Union only.
Areas outside the EU VAT area are excluded because import charges or customs formalities can apply there: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the French overseas territories, the Åland Islands, Heligoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Mount Athos and the northern part of Cyprus. We also do not deliver to San Marino, Vatican City, Greenland or the Faroe Islands.

Delivery times
In-stock goods are delivered within 2 to 7 working days from ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at dispatch and destination. For a shipping pause announced before ordering, this period starts on the stated resumption date.
For pre-orders, the maximum delivery time shown on the product and at checkout applies, measured in calendar days from ordering. It includes procurement and shipping and is recorded in your order confirmation.
Payment methods
Stripe processes cards, Link, Klarna, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Satispay. Checkout only shows methods eligible for the country, cart and active Stripe configuration.
Returns
For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For an accepted defect, Lelumáré bears the necessary return shipping cost and provides a label or advance after review. Our returns function helps with the process; you can also contact us by email or telephone.

The products are manufactured in China (“Made in China”) and designed in Germany.
